Common Mojito
Fresh mint & limes muddled with soft brown sugar, topped up with Mount Gay Eclipse rum & soda.
White Mojito
As above, with Bacardi Superior white rum & white sugar gommme for a more traditional mojito.
Strawberry Mule
Muddled strawberries & lime juice shaken vigorously with crème de fraise & 42 Below vodka, finished off with ginger beer.
Straw ‘Jerry’ Mule
A Common twist on the original Mule swapping the vodka for Sailor Jerry’s vanilla spiced rum.

Plymouth gin, raspberries, lemon, apple juice & soda; no jacket required.

For a summers day. Mint leaves, citrus fruits, elderflower & Hendricks Gin; topped up with a splash of tonic & garnished with a slice of cucumber.
Long Island Iced Tea
For a summers evening. The juice of a lemon, shaken with 42 below Vodka, Cazadores tequila, Cointreau & Bacardi Superior topped with cola.

Absolut Pepper & Absolut Citron, shaken with tomato juice & our top secret Bloody Mary spice mix. Finished with a generous stick of celery, lemon & chilies.

A classic recipe using Stolichnaya vanilla vodka,milk, Kahlua & a dash of Frangelico liquer.

Gold Bacardi & Woods dark navy rum shaken with almond syrup, lime & fresh pineapple juice, served over crushed ice.
Caipirinha
A classic Brazilian cocktail using simply lime, brown sugar, Cachaca (sugar cane rum) & a bit of elbow grease served over crushed ice.
Raspberry Caipiroska
Softly muddled raspberries, limes & a touch of sugar. Brought together with 42 Below & crème de framboise.
